Everything was very clean. Manager is the best ever! Little Caesars, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. It was worth its 3 stars.

Spend our time here nicely. Only 10 min walk to downtown. We liked it.

Was a wonderful base for city break. We stayed near such popular places as Neary Lagoon Park.
The only thing missing was closet.

Location - just a walk down to cowell beach. It is near the airport. Free parking nearby was provided;))

The hotel was within walking distance cowell's beach. Location very close to Broadway & Clay Street bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away. Westside Santa Cruz neighborhood was definitely worth visiting. The rooms met standard.

The bathroom is beautiful. The hotel was located walking distance to santa cruz beach boardwalk. We appreciated the fact that we chose River View Villa.
